Appointment & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the booking, cancellation, and attendance terms for services provided by ELevate Sports Therapy.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking Appointments

Appointments can be booked through our online form system or by contacting us directly.

Clients must complete all required registration and consent forms before confirming their booking.

Providing accurate personal and health information is essential to ensure safe and effective treatment.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future bookings.

This policy helps ensure appointment availability for all clients.

3. Missed Appointments

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may be considered a missed appointment and will also result in a cancellation fee equal to the value of the missed appointment.

Repeated missed appointments may result in restrictions on future bookings.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment, your session may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other clients.

In some cases, late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.
